EU Presidencies High Level Panel
This panel will bring together the Trio EU Presidency of Spain, Belgium and Hungary to discuss how the EU should follow up on its commitments to enable developing countries to achieve the health MDGs by 2015. The panelists are :
- Ms. Soraya Rodriguez, State Secretary for Development Cooperation of Spain;
- Mr. Charles Michel, Minister for Development Cooperation of Belgium;
- Mr. Laszlo Varkonyi, State Secretary for Development Cooperation of Hungary.

EU Institutions Panel
This panel will bring together representatives of the European Commission, the European Parliament and the Council to discuss what role each EU Institution should play to ensure the health MDGs remain a priority on the EU Development Cooperation agenda for the coming five years.
Panelists are :
- Mr. Miguel Angel Martinez Martinez MEP, Vice Chair of the European Parliament
- N.N., European Commission (speaker tbc).
Both panels will be moderated by Mr. Nigel Chapman, Chief Executive of Plan International, former Director of BBC World Service.

Thematic workshops
